1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

1.1 Your order would be shipped through 3rd party shipping providers. We do not own or operate any shipping company. We have partnered with reputed national shipping providers - Delhivery, Blue Dart and Amazon - to ensure your products are delivered quickly and without any in-transit damage. 

1.2  Your order delivery time depends upon Order handling time and Transit Duration 

Delivery Time = Order Handling Time + Transit Duration 

Order Handling Time = 2 - 3 business days 

Transit Duration = 5 - 7 business days

Delivery Time = 7 - 10 business days 

Above timelines are indicative in nature 

1.3 Order Handling Time is dependent upon the preparation time and our current backlog of orders. In case your order is not yet shipped and you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with customer support at info@shuddh-delicacies.com. Our team would assist you with cancellation. 

1.4. Transit Duration : Is dependent upon multiple factors including shipping location, shipping mode, weather conditions, festive seasons and shipping company. These conditions may increase or reduce the Transition Duration of your shipment. Shuddh Delicacies doesn't have any control on any of the above factors. Please reach out directly to the courier company for any questions or concerns.  

NOTE:  At Shuddh, we are committed to making your purchase experience as safe and enjoyable as possible. That's why we provide 100% purchase protection on each order.

In case your order doesn't reach you within 15 Calendar Days we will ship you a replacement.

The replacement can be requested by sending an email to info@shuddh-delicacies.com

Note: "Shuddh Delivery Promise" in not applicable in case incorrect Contact Information is provided at the time of placing order.

 

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 We charge a shipping fee per order. Free shipping is available on orders worth ₹499/- or more. 

2.2 We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Details of such promotions will be communicated on the website or through promotional emails.

3. Order Processing

3.1 At Shuddh, we believe in providing fresh and pure products to our customers. Orders are prepared fresh when customers place their orders on our website. 

4. Tracking Your Order

4.1 You can track the status of your order by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

5. Delivery

5.1 Our courier partners will deliver your order to the shipping address you provided during checkout. It's important to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete.

5.2 If you are not available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the order with your family, neighbour, security or at your door steps or contact you to reschedule the delivery.

6. International Shipping

6.1 We currently offer shipping within India only. 

7. Order Modifications and Address Changes

7.1 If you need to modify your order or change the shipping address after placing the order, please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes would not be possible after the order has been shipped.
