This return policy is only applicable to products purchased from Shuddh online store.
We understand that there may be times when you want to change or cancel an order after placing it on our website.
Cancel or Change your Order
You may request cancellation or changes to your order before the order has been shipped.
Orders are typically shipped the next business day or the day after. You can check the status of your order through the order link emailed to you on WhatsApp and Email Address provided at the time of placing the order.

Return Process
We accept return requests for orders with incorrect items, manufacturing defects or which have been damaged in transit.
Please contact us at info@shuddh-delicacies.com within 8 hours of receiving your order to request a return. Please include pictures/videos of the order issue with your request.
What's not covered?

- Delivery issue due to incorrect address
- Too sweet, Too salty, soft, hard, didn't like taste etc.
Refund Process
Authorized returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product.
